I'm delighted you've found my website to discover how I can create your unique
wedding or renewal of vows ceremony.
There are no restrictions on your venue, it's entirely YOUR choice.
Like every other couple, you deserve the wedding ceremony of your dreams. After all, it's YOUR special day.
If you were unable to hold a celebration at the time of your marriage or have a special anniversary coming up, a renewal of vows ceremony might be the perfect way to celebrate with your friends and family.
All you need is someone to conduct your ceremony for you and this is where I come in. As an independent celebrant, I am not bound by the restrictions associated with a traditional religious or Registrar led ceremony.
I will design and deliver a Personalised Celebratory Wedding or Renewal of Vows Ceremony especially for you.
My voice but YOUR choice
Freedom of choice and flexibility.
By booking me, you will be free to choose the venue for your celebratory ceremony. It can be indoors or outside, in a licensed or unlicensed venue, in a modern hotel or a farmer’s barn, in a garden or a shady wood. You just need the permission of the land or property owner.
A wedding ceremony is when you declare your love and commitment to each other in front of friends and family. As you will know, there are legal procedures necessary for your official marriage. Although these cannot form part of my wedding celebratory ceremony, I know what is required and can guide you through what to do.
A renewal of vows ceremony is a way to confirm your love and commitment.
With each type of ceremony, it's really important that you can do this in the style and using the words YOU want. I'll be with you all the way to make your ceremony your own. This is why I say it's my voice but YOUR choice.

What can I tell you about me?
The following gives you a little more information about me and my experience.
What is my background? I've been conducting wedding ceremonies in south Oxfordshire for six years. I use the experience gained by conducting over 100 weddings to offer couples like you the opportunity to have complete freedom of choice for what is included in your special ceremony. I have an established working relationship with many of the licensed venues in this beautiful part of Oxfordshire. I've been married for fifty years.
What am I like? I'm friendly, calm, professional and reliable with a good sense of humour. Whether a wedding or renewal of vows celebration, I will deliver a unique and dignified ceremony with YOU as the centre of attention.

Services
What I offer
My Personalised Celebratory Wedding Ceremony includes all the usual aspects of a wedding ceremony (including the exchange of rings and vows) but enhanced by your input and my personal touches.
My Personalised Renewal of Vows Ceremony can be enhanced in whatever way you wish. It can include readings, music and tributes from family members etc. You and I can create a real celebration.
All ceremonies: Once booked, I will take no further bookings on your chosen date - I'll have only your ceremony on my mind. Ideally, I would meet you as early as possible to learn more about you as a couple. From our discussions, I will prepare a full ceremony script to truly reflect who you are and the love you share. Your ceremony will be my voice but YOUR choice. If wished, I can attend a rehearsal or we can have a full read through of the ceremony. On the day of the ceremony itself, I'll arrive around an hour beforehand and work closely with the venue staff, photographer, videographer, musicians, and any other person taking part in the ceremony to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Prices
No hidden surprises
WEDDING CEREMONY: The standard ceremony with no additional elements is £400 (Monday to Saturday) and £450 for a Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes any meetings we have including a rehearsal, a certificate and copy of your ceremony script in a beautiful presentation folder and my first fifty miles of travel. A charge will be made for any additional mileage.
RENEWAL OF VOWS: The ceremony is £350 (Monday to Saturday) and £400 for a Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes any meetings we have including a rehearsal, a certificate and copy of your ceremony script in a beautiful presentation folder and my first fifty miles of travel. A charge will be made for any additional mileage.
